Hi Jeff,

Yeah would be great if I could use Totem, I don't like adding new
software when an existing one can/should be able to do the job, if just
to keep the Gnome Application menu as small and manageable as possible.

But look at the screen capture (100KB don't worry ;o) I made,

this the smallest I can resize the windows by dragging the mouse. It won't make
it any smaller, despite, as you can see from the preferences dialog
(albeit in French ;o), I have instructed Totem not to display any visual
effect, and to resize the window automatically.

When you add the problem with the playlist that doesn't work, it's a bit
too much...

I use the old fashioned 'xine lib' Totem, maybe that's the problem ?
I tried the Gstreamer one that's installe dby default, but found that
the xinelib version works much better.

I will go file these two bugs...
