Add these two lines to /etc/apt/sources.list:

  deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu warty-security universe
  deb-src http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu warty-security universe

Hoary will ship with suitable examples in /etc/apt/sources.list by
default for those enabling the universe component. The omission from
Warty was my oversight.

Cheers,
