How stable is hoary, really?

I use Hoary daily for all the things I did in Warty, and some more.
None of the updates they have done has rendered my system unusable - I
leave that in my own hands :)
If you list here some specifics, maybe the dev folk that post here
will provide feedback if they have time.
Or ... if you want to go for it anyway ...
Replace all the references to warty in your /etc/apt/sources.list and then:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
