is it bad to smart-upgrade mid-day?

I only ask because Synaptic marked a few rather important sounding
packages for removal just now:

libnautilus2-2
nautilus-cd-burmer (I know it's minimalistic, but I still use it)
ubuntu-desktop (metapackage, i know, but it seems a good idea to keep it)

Some Mono related packages have been marked not to be upgraded for a
few days as well:

libmono0
mono-common
mono-jit

Just curious. :o)
