Can't find port

I can't seem to find "major minor" with my associated device. I was
wondering though, on this page,
http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdev.php?id=2516 it shows my
previous modem. Is the "major minor", the "id" ? (0x0734:0x4905)
