changing the Applications menu

Yes, but I would like to remove the last 3 items in the menu :

1) 'Help'
2) "About Ubuntu'
3) 'Execute'

These don't show in the applicaitons:/// location, how do I remove
them ? I would like Gnome to look like Gnome...
Seeing as Ubuntu is about freedom, sure enough there is way to remove
these Ubuntu specific items, but how ?
