Would Ubuntu be the first distro to support Pocket PC devices outof the box?

Me to, I've been trying to do just that with, Mandrake, Suse 9.1 pro,
FC, Gentoo, with no luck at all. If Ubuntu manage that, though I don't
see how, I will be, shall we say, impressed.
