how can i upgrade to ati 3.14.6 drivers?

I've been trying to get these drivers to work for a long time and here
they are! 
Are they going to be available for Xorg as well? Any difficulties
setting them up under the new standard? Anyway, thanks for the
resource. Maybe this should be made available with a sticky. If I
install the control panel, how can I access it?
