<div>thanks for the reply.&nbsp; I can&#39;t get on IRC from here, but will be stateside soon.&nbsp; There are limited things I can do from here, and if necessary I will wait till I get stateside where I can properly setup the team.&nbsp; I was under the impression if I could get some of the resources established I could draw some people in to help out.&nbsp; It appeared that there is a will to start the team just the initiative to get things going.&nbsp; Kind of like &quot;Build it and they will come&quot;....LOL.&nbsp;
