Hi!

At University this autum 3 guys from school and I have been working in a
comprehensive way to show what FLOSS is, its importance to the internet as a
infrastructure base, talked about open standards, open hardware, desktop &
web platforms and other things. The project is called "internet.open"

We got the project approved and have decided to work on it next semester as
well, making it a project which uses PHP and is database (MySQL & Oracle)
driven. We use SVN as of now and it's PHP based. The whole thing is under CC
BY SA.

So maybe such a collaborativ approach could help us making such a approach a
reality. We are going to introduce more material and at the end open it as a
project under launchpad or something.

For more info see the about page on the SVN root site:
http://folk.uio.no/torenord/svn/index.php?p=about

or take a look at the wiki: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Open_Internet

Maybe this why ubuntu, why Open source could be an inclusion of the why free
Software as well approach and eventually correct this lack of information
bug? That's at least the goal of our project:
http://folk.uio.no/torenord/svn/

Cheers!

Rubén
