Not all teams are named this way, the decision by the Council was made
several months ago to avoid further naming conflicts (#ubuntu-georgia
should belong to the country not the state, same with #ubuntu-pa) and
standardize things. These "new" naming standards have always applied
to other countries, it was a bit of an anomaly that the US never
followed them.

Consider this growing pains :) It's a good thing!
