In my opinion, someone needs to stand up and take the lead on this
issue in Texas.  There are the two or three City LoCo teams, and that
is fantastic.  What we really need is someone to set up the state
team, and the resources.  Once this is done, you will see the state
team start to grow.

Who will stand up and take on this challenge :)
