Something I've done to ease the struggles I've witnessed is to create a "how
to join" page on the root of our team pages.  If anyone would like to use it
or modify it to their needs, here's the link:

It's taylored specifically for the loco, and sort of a cliffs notes on the
LoCoTeamJoining, but it works.  Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
