US LoCo Teams Fwd: Re: Ubuntu in the United States (Final tally for 8/2/07)

There was very little activity with regards to interest in creating a
needed state LoCo team in the channel today, except for interest by Jim
MacDonald (jimmacdonald) to start a needed state LoCo for Alaska. Hooray
to Jim for stepping up!

Every little bit counts.

Not as much traffic as yesterday but there was some interest generated and
a good amount of ideas shared.

There was some interest in creating needed state LoCo teams but no real
takers for the following:

Idaho
Iowa

There was some interest in creating a needed state LoCo team for Wyoming
by jones20992 but found that somebody else had started it up. At least
jones20992 went to #ubuntu-wyoming and it was already a go.

There was also some interest in US Virgin Island, Guam and other US
territories but I think that it would be up to discussion.

There was also a post by Vorian
