We are definitely not a Linux-only shop: "Proficient with a wide variety of
Operating Systems: Windows, Mac, FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris, HPUX."

I work on the product side, so I can't say how much of the infrastructure
is FLOSS. Certainly, a lot of the applications we use are not FLOSS.
However, we do produce a fair amount of FLOSS code (mostly BSD-licensed).

I'm happy to talk about the company, both the pros and cons. They aren't
really into remote employees (I don't get it), but probably for the right
person you could work out a couple of days a week working from home. One of
the IT staff already does this. I'm not really sure how you get the
go-ahead for that. I'd say if you aren't looking to trek to Minneapolis on
a daily basis, it's probably not worth applying. You might be pleasantly
surprised though.
