New Representative for the Wisconsin LoCo Team/Mailing List Transition

Hi,

My name is Simon Quigley. I will be transitioning to the spot of
representative soon, and I just wanted to introduce myself. I keep

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/tsimonq2). Just a tl;dr, I am a teen who is
passionate about the development and evolution of Ubuntu.

Now about the mailing list. Anthony Hook mentioned to me that he didn't
have the password for the original mailing list(this one), so I suggested
we do it through Launchpad. So we are now hosting our mailing list through
Launchpad. Go to our Launchpad page

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-us-wisconsin) and subscribe through there,
because this mailing list will no longer be endorsed.

I plan on making the Wisconsin LoCo team more active and better embedded
with the community. Hopefully we can get back to monthly IRC meetings and
other regularly scheduled meetings. This will probably be kicked off around
September.
