[ubuntu-us-wi] Introducing ubuntu-wisconsin.org

my blog hasn't seen activity in ages [and in fact my website is currently
only displaying my email address and public key], but if any of you lot are
more active than me [about ubuntu things, not personal things] a Planet
could be pretty good way to generate content without too much work. Maybe
some sort of Ubuntu hour widget as well? I have a little Drupal experience,
but that might be a bit out of my league.
