REQUEST: subject_prefix for this mailing list's Subject: line...

Well, I use Gmail and it's pretty good at recognizing mailing lists. I've
got a filter that slaps a "Wi LoCo" label on the front of every message. Of
course, not everyone uses Gmail. It doesn't matter to me either way.
