We currently do have a Team Wiki,
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WisconsinTeam, but we could also have a
separate wiki on the domain, but we should try to avoid duplicate
functions of the WisconsinTeam wiki on Ubuntu, as well as the
documentation wiki's on Ubuntu.  We could definitely probably come up
with some use for it, though.

The reason I support the Drupal theme is because it provides a similar
look to the ubuntu site, making it familiar to navigate, provides a
nice header, LoCo map, OpenID tools, sidebar, and is also widely used.

Also, note the Minnesota LoCo site isn't complete yet.
