IRC Meeting Time?

[Anthony Hook]

I'm going to propose a bi-monthly meeting time of the second and last 
Wednesday of the month, 8:00pm.

Obviously, you won't be required to attend, and we can be flexible for 
Holidays and things.

How does this time sound to everyone, acceptable?
