Hi folks, I was just reading the Ubuntu US team blog
(http://ubuntu-us.org/), and came across this link summarizing the Loco
Council's recommendations of best practices for all teams:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoCouncil/LoCoTeamsBestPracticesandGuidelines

What I'd like to know -- do we want to go for it? Do we want to become
an active team, an approved team? If so, people will need to step
forward and either recruit somebody for the various jobs, or make
yourself responsible for one or more of them -- and make sure they are
done regularly.

Having one charismatic, active leader like bkerensa in Oregon would be
awesome, but so far such a person hasn't stepped forward. However, I
think a small group of leadership with shared responsibility CAN do the
job, with the help of a committed group.

Are we up for it?
