UBUNTU: Leadership

While I love Robert's Rules, I think we only need to consult them if
things get sticky. So far we've stuck with consensus, and that seems
to have worked well.

Thanks so much, Linda, for fixing the links and template. I'm happy to
hear that both Linda and Ahmed are still interested in leadership. I'm
hoping we get some more volunteers from around the state? Step right
up -- copy the template from here:

Mid-September sounds good to me for an election, also. Now that we
have some pages in place, I hope people will read them, and respond.
And recommend! Really, everyone is a leader in one way or another.
We're just electing people with formal leadership roles, and the
entire idea of a LoCo is helping one another out.

This renewed activity makes me look forward to the end of Summer and
beginning of Fall!
