UBUNTU: Wiki and Launchpad

The ubuntu wiki shouldn't have any permission requirements, provided
someone doesn;t deside to remove whatever gets put up there. As far as
I know, Chuck is the only one with Launchpad group privlages, but im
not sure you could put it up there anyway.
