UBUNTU: Forum Stall

I would have asked on the forum, but this seemed like a more
appropriate place. I was clicking through to all our resources from
Linda's first post, and one of them was to our Launchpad, which is
great. However, there is a list there: Mailing list
mail washingtonstate at lists.launchpad.net

There is no archive, so it isn't THIS list. Why would there be two? Is
this a bug in Launchpad?

I thought about subbing just to see what would happen, but thought I
would ask here first.

In a related question, is it possible to get forum posts gatewayed or
mirrored to this list?
