Last time this involved contacting rt at ubuntu.com with the CNAME/A/NS
record needed. But I think they reserve this for "approved" teams
only.

Either way. I think if we use the mailing list and wiki well enough. A
blog and forum would be great for people who don't want to be involved
in planning for the team and just want news, maybe equivilant of an
announce list.
