I failed to point out that I think the Washington Group should mot be linked to a specific geographical location in Washington but rather encompasses all the local groups. Having said that I will be on the lookout for any remaining reference to the State Capitol and will remove them. Of course ubuntu-us-wa is for the whole state with no preferential treatment.
