Ubuntu Virginia Global Jam survey

Greetings!

In tonight's monthly meeting in #ubuntu-us-va, we discussed participating in
events as a way to increase the activity in our loco. Because we are so
geographically diverse, the idea to participate virtually in the upcoming
Ubuntu Global Jam was discussed. I think this is something we can do pretty
easily as a team which will actually have a really positive impact on
Ubuntu. I created this survey to try to figure out when we can make this
happen. It's five very fast questions and should take only about 60 seconds
