Hi,

I wanted to let you guys know about Atlanta Linux Fest 2009. It will
be held Saturday, September 19th, 2009. Its a free grassroots
conference that will cover Linux and open source projects.

While its distro agnostic, there will be a heavy Ubuntu contingent
there. Ken Vandine, of Canonical, will be talking about the Ubuntu
desktop; John Pugh will be talking about virtualization with Ubuntu;
Pete Graner, the Ubuntu kernel team manger, and Rick Clark, the Ubuntu
Server team manger will also be giving talks. Dan Chen, who works with
PulseAudio, will be talking about the state of sound in Linux.

There will be lots more going on. Visit http://atlantalinuxfest.org.

thanks,
nick
