Special discount for Linux user groups

Personally I didn't see it as spam, it was a group member passing on 
something that the people in the group might be interested in. 

BTW Salvatore: If you've ever been on the ubuntuforums then you've seen 
the I'm leaving threads, well here's my response "Don't let the door hit 
you on the way out".
