[ubuntu-us-ut] Getting the band back together

One thought I had was to have less meeting the lab or other meeting rooms and have more meetings in public place like restaurants, pubs, and coffee houses. Having Ubuntu Hour (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hour) type of events would promote Ubuntu more, and build more of a social foundation to the Loco. Lets save the lab for when someone has a prepared presentation or for InstallFest after a release.
