[ubuntu-us-ut] March Meeting / Ubuntu Global Bug Jam

Sorry, but I don't have time at the moment, to sift through the mountains of
documentation that is the internet, can anyone give me (or point to a) very
brief synopsis of what an ubuntu 'bug jam' is? Like a code jam, would it be
where we look for bugs in ubuntu, and write patches for them?
