[ubuntu-us-ut] shell server security: redux

My thanks to those that poked around and tried violating my server
over the last week. I was reminded of some local system security
practices, and hopefully some of you learned one or two attacks.

I have since improved (i think) that system and I have a production
shell system ready for use. Currently it provides the following:

ssh access to a private shell
~70M storage
irssi, bitlbee, screen, vim, bash, bash-completion, and zsh pre-installed
also includes perl (5.10.1), and python (2.6.4)

If you're interested in using one of these shell accounts please let me know.

note: this is *probably* in its production state, but I'm still
pending some load-testing before I'm 100% on that. This could probably
be used long-term as a shell server for those that need one.
