[ubuntu-us-ut] February meeting change

I'm thinking it would be best to pull the meeting back to the 7th, as
the 14th is Valentines day, and the 21st is the weekend for SCaLE. This
means that we have two full weeks before the meeting, then five weeks
until the March meeting (which, BTW, we still need a topic and presenter).

So, with that, here are the details of the meeting:
