[ubuntu-us-ut] February Meeting

As already discussed, Will Smith is willing to present for February's
meeting. He's decided on OpenVPN. I've always wanted to setup an OpenVPN
server at home, so this should be good.

However, the 2nd Saturday is Valentine's Day. That won't work, so we
need to reschedule. Should we do it the week before or the week after?
I'm good for the 7th, if it works for everyone else.
