[ubuntu-us-ut] Team Server Coming Soon!

This is an official announcement:

The Ubuntu Utah Team will have a team server for active members to take
advantage of.  Everyone will be able to have an account on it.  The idea
is to give those who don't have access to an SSH server, access.  What
will be hosted on the server is still yet to be decided.

First off, I want to thank XMission for letting us put this in their
data center free of charge.  They are giving us decent bandwidth (1MB to
10MB burst with 300GB/mo limit) at completely no cost for a 1U server
($35/mo for each additional U).  If not already, you should see what you
can do for them, as far as Internet services, domain hosting, or any
other business you can send their way.

The purpose of this email, is to not only announce this awesomeness, but
to ask for help.  Currently, the inventory of the server is as follows:

What we have:

Tyan Thunder K8WE (S2895) motherboard
2 AMD Opteron processors
2 x 1GB PC3200 RAM
4 x 512MB PC3200 RAM

What we need:
=============
TST ESR104 500W 1U Server Case (http://tinyurl.com/2qgtw6)
2 1GB PC3200 RAM sticks
HDD (SATA, SCSI, IDE)
2 Socket 940 CPU coolers fitting our case

So, anyone willing to donate some money to the cause, or if you have any
of these parts that we need, that you would be willing to donate, that
would be rockin'!  If you are interesting in donating, please contact me
directly (off list, or IRC), and we'll get you squared away.
