[ubuntu-us-ut] Mystery message on bind 9 startup

Every time I restart bind 9 I get this message:

Jan 12 18:22:56 dragon kernel: [171222.628000] Failure registering capabilities with primary security module.

What is going on and do I need to worry about it? Bind seems to work

This is on a current 7.10 machine.
