[ubuntu-us-ut] Leadership Change

I wanted to thank Christer for the hard work put into the creation and
development of the Ubuntu Utah team, making it one of the most well
respected communities in Ubuntu.

I would like to welcome our new Aaron overlord. may his reign be nifty:).
