Mike,
I have T-Mobile for one business with 2 phones - they have been great
however, I'm not happy with my Blackberry Pearl (want to buy it cheap
?). It clicks on way too easily (have had it in my pocket start
dialing - I even got some beep and saw a msg whether I wanted to confirm
calling 911 - yikes). But T-Mobile has been quite reasonable in working
with, especially if you put it in a business name. Coverage is pretty
good around Utah, less good in WA :(
Verizon coverage is very good - but they wanted a $500 business deposit
- a**h**es. Plus they quick to give away all kinds of customer data and
call taping to the govt (but maybe all the carriers are doing this -
don't know if this is a big deal or not - I just worry that the more
info they get, the more mistakes they can make).
I also set up an account with Sprint with my other business to get their
evdo service - which is very convenient (it drops a lot though - but
maybe thats typical of evdo, not sure). The business rep (Aaron) I
have used in the Murray store has been great. I plan to get a Treo
(palm) with them - was just kind of waiting to see what new clones of
iPhone might be coming out.
I enjoyed seeing the open Moku phone at UTOS but it's a ways away from
everyday use I think.
