I was also in the Tom Welch session (for most of it anyway) and I
quite enjoyed it. I plan on taking some of his ideals and using them
to grow this community. I sure wish I could have seen Michael Place's
presentation.

I appreciate the constructive criticism. We're looking toward next
year and how we can bring more value to the conference. Thanks for
the input here.
