I haven't run into this myself. I have two machines that I use for
testing, one using a PS/2 and the other USB. Both function fine in
Feisty since Herd 3 and still under final release.
Are you sure the keyboard hasn't gone bad finally? Maybe test it on
another machine? If you did a regular upgrade to Feisty (not fresh
install) you could try one of the previous kernels and see if its based
on that somewhere...
