[ubuntu-us-ut] Ubuntu Utah List Update

In an attempt to conform with organizational naming standards within the
Ubuntu community, and to help set an example to other fledgling teams I
have had our list address moved to it's "proper" address.  The new list
address is:

ubuntu-us-ut at lists.ubuntu.com

The old list, at ubuntu-utah at lists.ubuntu.com will still point to the
new one and work, but please update your address books accordingly.
