I am sending a request to Jono about the creation of the ubuntu-us
lists.  At the Ubuntu Live conference we spoke about the main bottleneck
in team resource creation, mailing lists, and discussed methods to fast
track them.  If your team still needs a list please contact me for the
fast-tracked request.  Currently I am preemptively requesting the
following lists.  If I have missed any please let me know.
