[ubuntu-us-ut] Utah Open Source Conference : Limited Discount Registration Open!

I'm sure by now many of you have heard mention of the Utah Open Source
Conference to be held Sept 6-8 at the Open Source Technology Center,
sponsored by Novell.  Many of the Utah Open Source group leaders,
including myself, have put in long hours to prepare this conference and
we're very confident that it will be a huge success.  I want to take
this opportunity to formally invite you to register to attend the
conference and be a part of this historic and groundbreaking event.

As an active member of an Open Source user group in Utah you are
eligible for a significant discount on your registration.  Normal
registration price is $199, active participation in a user group makes
you eligible for a $40 registration.  That's right, $150 off your
registration for being an active member of a user group!

What qualifies me as an active member? (may be a combination or mix of
below)
1) regular attendance of user group meetings (2 or more in the last six
months)
2) regular activity on the mailing list (more than just an introduction
"hello team" email)
3) regular activity in the IRC room (you know who you are!)
4) regular activity in the Open Source community around the state.

If you have questions as to whether or not you qualify under the above,
please email me off-list and we can discuss the matter.

If you feel you do not yet qualify as an 'active member' there is still
time.  Make sure to attend the groups next meeting.  Make sure you are
registered and active on the mailing list, IRC, etc.  Become a part of
the community that makes Utah stronger!  If you are unsure where to do
any of these things please email me for details.

Important: To request a discount code you will need to email me directly
to have a discount code generated.  Discount codes can only be generated
by local user group leaders and without such code registration will be
