playing quicktime 7 movies

ffmpeg (the mpeg library that mplayer uses) has been able to decode 
H.264 since before QuickTime 7.0 was released, according to 
http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/. I don't have any problem playing the HD 
movie trailers on apple.com with mplayerplug-in.
