So it's looking like either Saturday at 11am or Sunday at 9pm.
Those are the highest requested times.  Question is now, when during
the month?  The in-person meet is on the 2nd Saturday, so, I say we
put the IRC meet in the 4th or last week of the month.  2 hours
should probably be reserved for the meet, even if we don't take that
time.

Any objections?
