Yeah, There are some commands you have to run, I didn't remember them
off the top of my head but found them on a blog:

md5sum xorg.conf > /var/lib/x11/xorg.conf.md5sum
readlink /etc/X11/X | md5sum > /var/lib/x11/X.md5sum

and then it should work,
