Ubuntu Utah Forum

I think it would be good if the Local Forums were in their separate category
since:

1.  I don't want to take away from the main forums.
2.  If people saw there was a local Ubuntu-Utah team they would be able to
get in touch with us.  Some people in Utah may want to try Ubuntu but know
nothing of ubuntu-utah.org or #ubuntu-utah but if they saw us on the forums
they could contact us for local support and learn of things like
install-fests  and meetings.
