Most things are going to be covered for our booth. We will have a
tablecloth and banner to decorate the table. We will also have some PCs
from System76 <www.system76.com> to demonstrate Ubuntu, as well as swag
such as DVDs, lanyards, stickers. Finally, we will get Nexus 4 phones
running Ubuntu! We may, as well, get an Orange Box. That last one
doesn't depend on me :)

If you want to bring a flat screen TV that we can hook up to a PC to
show some videos, it would be awesome! We had that at SCALE and it
looked stunning. People loved it.

There are some other extra things that we need in order to make sure
everything runs. Power stripes, for example. I'd also like to get some
gaffer tape to make sure the back part of the tables are as neat as
possible, and maybe one or two network cables, just in case. Is there
anything else you can think of?
