[UbuntuDallas] New Agenda - Texas team

[Linden]

was not really ment for the state wide team per the convo I had with
dinda that we where going to work on a ruff draft that me and her where
then going 2 over look...but if anyone outside of the dallas team would
like to be apart of it I dont see any reason why not.
