That's okay sometimes I don't even view email for days depending on what 
I am doing that week so if you are late to reply or respond we can at least 
say that we try.

Meetings can happen more often for an area that is why I would point
you to LUG's and Clubs near you. We could be a part of other events 
while building our own team. 

The easiest way to work this may be to simply do something like Jeremy 
did by making an announcement to say that you will be in an area. This 
helps the person asking and those who respond.

Spring Winter or whenever you have a meeting just post it so others can 
join in and be part.
